-Torturing Seishirou Is Fun-
Seishirou was filled with a murderous rage and was thrashing in a seizure like fury, foam frothing at the corners of his mouth. Granted some of the thrashing was due to him struggling to contort his body in such a way that he would be freed from the soft cottony fibers that gently held his limbs in an apparently unbreakable bond. His wrists were tied behind his back and his legs bent until his bound ankles could be secured to his wrists by a short cord. Growling around the hard rubber ball that had been wedged into his mouth, saliva continually leaked out if his mouth as he was unable to swallow the fluid, wetting the earth and causing mud to smear across his face as a result. His one coherent thought had hours ago become a mantra chanting through his mind, "I'm going to eviscerate that mage when I see him again."
Closing his eyes Seishirou concentrated on twisting his body and hands so he could reach the small length of cord that would undo the ropes. He was familiar with this particular tie and knew where to pull to release his bonds, however he had never been on this side of the knots and distantly he realized that perhaps, maybe, something to mention in passing, he could let Subaru know he was sorry for leaving him similarly tied all those times.
He couldn't believe that the skinny waif of a man had overreacted so much over the friendly little nibble he had taken from the ninja's neck. Kurogane was the size of a small elephant it's not like the miniscule amount of blood he had drunk would affect the warrior. Besides it wasn't because of Seishirou's bite that Kurogane had passed out. The man had been unexpectedly susceptible to the effects of the mead served in this country and had been unconscious before Seishirou had even considered having a lite snack. It was unfortunate that Fai and Syaoran had returned from their excursion while he had been in the midst of his snack. However, Fai's reaction had been excessive to say the least, sending Seishirou crashing through the room's wall and across the street into a neighboring building was one thing, but this… No, this was beyond acceptable to leave him trussed up like a holiday ham miles from civilization.
Seishirou's eyes flew open when something cold and wet pressed against the side of his face and there was the unmistakable feel of a tongue swiping across his cheek. He gave the creature licking the salty sweat from his skin a horrified look before attempting to frighten the monstrosity away with a growl and increased thrashing. The thing's cloven hooves nimbly avoided Seishirou's rolling body and unperturbed the dappled fawn gave a final lick of Seishirou's face before bounding away to prance playfully about the field with another of its kind in the warm summer air. Still growling Seishirou ceased rolling about as the only thing his efforts had succeeded in doing was fill the air with the scent of lavender and clover as he crushed the plants.
He was in hell. That was the only answer he could come up with. The effeminate blonde had obviously killed him and now he was in hell. Seishirou closed his eyes wondering if he promised to be kind to puppies from now on if he would be released sooner. Well, considering that this had to be hell maybe he should offer to kick them instead. Something warm and soft snuggling close to him caused him to twitch fearfully before looking around; the fawns had been replaced with a swarm of small fuzzy rabbits. Several of the hideous things were climbing over him or snuggling close apparently intent on napping with him. Seishirou's growls and unnatural contortions had no effect on the things, eliciting only a few twitches from their ears and wiggles of their pink noses. Yes, he was in hell. Trapped in a sunny meadow and forced to accept the affections of cloyingly sweet animals the only thing that would complete the picture was a rainbow and a couple of gamboling puppies and kittens.
Seishirou changed his mind about eviscerating the mage. He never wanted to see the sadistic bastard again. He choked back his tears when he looked up to find a vivid arch of colors extending across the sky and in the distance he heard the yip of a dog. Maybe he'd get lucky and a ravenous beast would find him before the puppy did.
Authors Note: I swear the next chapter of 'Stray' will be up shortly, only a scene and a half left to write and editing. These oneshots have been my rewards for not losing my sanity and a wonderful break from the more serious story of 'Stray'.
