THIS JUST CAME TO ME AFTER WATCHING THE IRON MAN MOVIE FOR THE 100th TIME! I HOPE YOU LIKE IT, AND THIS IS MY FIRST IRON MAN FANFIC AND MY FIRST PEPPERONI SO PLEASE BE NICE! ^^
Peppers POV
Watching from the window walls as Tony trains is always a pleasure. The way his body moved with his stances and throws, his kicks and ducks. Often having Jarvis set up some dummies, but this time it was different......he was not fighting.
Doing nothing but standing, standing with his feet firm and eyes locked on the two things in front of him. The tombstones of his parents, they still looked nice. His parents were not buried here at the house, but Tony felt he needed to have grave stones put there to I'm guessing honor them for all they did.
I'm guessing he also used them to think about all he had done in his life, and how much his life has changed sense taking over the company and being held captive in Afghanistan. Getting the arc reactor that is keeping him alive......and stopping everything his parents worked hard to do in their lifetimes.
They were taken care of and never had a drop of dirt on them, Tony always having Jarvis clean and tend to them as if they were children.
I watch as his eyes stare at them, never once dropping their gaze as his slow breaths breath out the sadness he held in his heart, sadness that didn't show in his eyes.
He stood there for an hour, he didn't notice the rain that began to pour down 15 minutes ago, he didn't notice Jarvis telling him there was a storm and that he should come inside, his focus was not on anything but those two.
I know he missed them so much, he always talks in his sleep about them and I can tell when he thinks of them. His mother with her blue eyes like Tony's and his father's brown hair which he also had.
Tony was his parents in a way, the way he carries himself reflects his parents in a way of letting the world know that even though their gone.
They still live on through him, their only son. I watch a bit more placing my clipboard down on the table, I watched as the small crystals dropped from the clouds and hit his body, running down his arms and torso.
Flowing through his hair that now stuck to his forehead, I saw the drops of rain run down his body and curve through the lines of his muscles and abs.
Darkening his pants even more as I step away from my glass wall and go outside to him. I feel the rain hit me as I go to him and wrap my arms around him, hugging him. I feel the wetness on his skin and the water from the sky as it bleeds into my clothes and hair; my small amount of make-up washing down my face as I push it into his strong shoulders.
Putting my hand on his head I pull him closer, I can feel the only warmth coming from his small breaths as I put my mouth to his ear.
"They'd be so proud of you."
I know it wasn't that great but it is something I had to do, I've never written Iron Man fanfic before and I really hope you liked it! PLEASE REVIEW!
