"GOOD morning gentlemen!" I plucked a pen from the pocket of my blouse. "Here for our espressos, or can i interest you guys in some Belgian waffles?"

A devishly handsome man met my gaze, as did the other devishly handsome man sitting across from him. The first man, with short black hair and green eyes to die for, was the first to speak.

"I was going to settle for pancakes, but you mentioned 'belgian' waffles?" An innocent smile played at his lips as he rested his chin on his fist. "Tell me more of this fine cuisine."

"Well sir, unlike the rest of our mediocre menu options, our waffles of Belgian descent are the silver-lining of this otherwise bleak establishment." Placing down the menus, i gave the men a wink. "Our drinks are pretty bomb too, can I get you some?"

The dirty blonde man sitting opposite of the green eyed casanova chuckled. "I'll just take a regular coffee."

"Way to be boring, Rudy." Ole green eyes smiled up at me. "Can I have a double shot espresso? We have a long day ahead of us."

"Wow, Alabaster."

"What is it, Beck?"

"Sure you dont want a triple espresso, Davey?"

"Oh, you're right Don. Can I make it a quadruple?"

Blondie looked up at me, "I'm so sorry about Ivan. He can be a mess."

There was a long pause in conversation as i glanced between the two men sitting at the booth in front of me. "So... a regular coffee for Randy and a double, wait no, QUADRUPLE shot espresso for Dwight! I'm on it!" I fled the table, a confident smirk resting on my face. No one can out-joke the queen of jokes, A.K.A - me.

A few moments later I was returning with their drinks but the tone had changed. I just barely caught their conversation as they trailed off, realizing i was approaching. "But.. Belgian waffles.."

"Here you guys go!" Excitement was all over their faces as i placed the drinks down. "Now, about those waffles."

Blondie stiffened up, sending warning looks to green eyes. "Actually.."

"No. Don't say it. " Green eyes pleaded.

"We'll have to take a rain check. Somethings come up, we have to get going." The handsome blonde handed me a twenty. "Keep the change."

"Well thank you! I hope everythings okay?" I smiled and took their menus.

"Just running on a tight schedule. Maybe we'll stop by on our way back through." Green eyes flashed a warm smile as they got up to leave. "Hopefully our favorite waitress will still be around."

With that, the two of them were out the door and had disappeared around the corner. Those two were odd, I thought to myself. Drop dead gorgeous.. but odd.
