After a hiatus that lasted a year and a half, I come back with a crappy drabble filled with puns.

OKAY SO I'M REALLY SORRY I WAS GONE FOR SUCH A LONG TIME but it's okay because you still love me right? /shot

I'm also kind of sorry for deleting one of my stories, Ask Rinny. But I didn't know how to continue it and after chapter 5 it went from writing it because it was fun to writing it as an obligation. (It was really boring anyway /shot)

Oh my god. Only one person can make a pick-up line as stupid as that. I turned around, and he was there, not caring at the many sighs from the people around us.

"Get it? Madame? Ma-damn?" Len asked, smiling hopefully at me.

"Go away." I scowled at him. This seemed to encourage him, somehow, because he didn't drop the grin on his face and went on. "Girl, are you from the Netherlands? Because AmsterDAYUM!"

"Where do you get these "damn" jokes?" I snapped, glaring at him. He grinned impishly, which only made me madder. "It comes from my very awesome mind, of course. And hopefully it's smart enough for you to accept my invitation for a date…?"

"No."

"But Milady, I wrote those lines for you! Just one date."

"No, Len."

"I'll stop with the pick-up lines."

"Yeah, I don't see that happening."

He put his hand over his heart, feigning sadness and hurt. "Milady, you wound me with your words."

"I do my best." I turned around, fully intent on ignoring him for the rest of the day. "No if you'll excuse me, I have class to attend."

"Oh! Is it science class?" He asked, jogging to catch up with me. I felt my eye twitch in annoyance. "How did you know that?"

"Sources, of course. You're studying about weather, right?" He grinned mischievously again. "I was struggling to figure out how lightning works, but then it struck me. Hehe. Get it?"

"Goddamn it, Len."

"I'll stop for the day if you say yes to that date I mentioned."

"You aggravate me."

"Just one date, and if you don't enjoy yourself, I'll stop."

"Knowing you, I doubt it."

"No, seriously, I promise!" He dropped his playful grin and replaced it with a sincere smile.

"… I'll think about it."

"Great! Give me your answer soon!" We arrived in my classroom, and I could see my friends waving at me a few steps away. I turned to face Len. "I'll see you around then, I guess."

"Oh! Hey, wait, I still have something to tell you!"

"What is it?"

"Are you the Hunchback? Because Notre DAYUM!"

"One more and I won't think about that date anymore."

"Right. Sorry, force of habit."

Also yes I didn't say who the girl Len was flirting with is. It's my attempt at being mysterious. /SHOT
