Hiya guys this is the sequel to my last story Renesmee's choice. If you have not read Renesmee's Choice then you really should or this chapter will make no sense whatsoever to you. For those of you that have enjoy this sequel.

Renesmee's point of view.

I was sitting in the dining room drinking a carton of apple juice I really didn't like. I should be eating human food but it was so boring. I'd much rather drink blood. I'd called a family meeting that should be starting now. Then Dad came in and the rest of the family followed him in.

"So Nessie darling what did you want to talk about?" asked Mum.

"Well it's just I'm now 17 and my body will be stuck 17 forever so I think it's time that I needed to start making some big decisions", I said.

"Like...?" my Dad asked.

"Well I and Jake have been getting along really well and we really thought about getting married and starting a family", I said.

There was a long pause in the room. Everybody had turned silent. Then Alice broke the silence.

"Nessie we really like Jake and we know you really like him too, but we're worried that the Volturi might not like him as much as we do", she said.

I thought about the Volturi. How I had to visit them as a baby. They said that they would leave us in peace. So why would they possibly want to interfere in my love life?

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"What she means is that vampires and werewolves are supposed to be enemies so what on earth are the Volturi going to say when you come to them with fury little babies", said Rosalie who was always a tad overprotective of me.

"Rosalie", said Esme.

"Well they're not exactly going to welcome Jake or any kid she may have with him with warm welcoming arms", she said.

"But I thought that the Volturi were going to leave us in peace", I said.

"What they mean is that they will leave you in peace as in no longer thinking you as a threat", said Carlisle. "If you break any rules or laws they will have to interfere."

"I don't understand how they would be so upset about my love life", I said.

"Darling it's rules, tradition", said Dad.

"Your Dad's right", said Emmet.

"Rules are meant to be broken", I said.

"Honey you don't want to get on the wrong side of the Volturi", said Mum.

"Listen to your mother", said Esme.

"What, Jasper", I said.

He just looked at me.

"They have a point", he said.

"Great, so nobody here thinks me and Jacob should have a future because of the Volturi", I yelled running out.

"No it's not like that", shouted Mum after me.

But I wasn't having any of it.

"No I don't care what any of you guys think, I and Jacob are going to have a future and not even a power stronger than the Volturi can stop us", I yelled.

When I had stormed into my room Mum then looked around the dining table at everyone stood around her. Then she took a long sigh. It was going to be a tough week.
