I want to be your little girl
Forever
Believe me, I do

I want to fill that space that was left
When she was taken

I want to make you proud
You mean so much to me.
I want you to understand
That while I love you
And I need you to love me
I am no longer your little girl.

I've hidden behind a lie
To protect you. To protect myself.
To protect the fragile life we have

But I can not lie to you anymore

The double life I've been leading
Between you and the other I love
Is tearing me into two people
And I don't understand either one of them.

Now that I've told you I feel free
I don't know why I believed you would

Hate me
For
Loving him

Some twisted prospective now comming into view
I can love you both for the rest of my life
I don't need the lie

To protect you
To protect him
To protect myself
