Reyna Aubrey was in a side room of the little chapel her and Allen Sorren Hunt, her fiance, had chosen to marry in. She smiled and sighed happily, excited. "Oh, Cordy!" She exclaimed to her friend, her maid of honor, who was fixing her lavender hair in the large mirror. "Hm?" She said, glancing over. "I'm so happy." Reyna gushed, smiling giddily. Cordelia smiled. "I'm glad, Rey." She said, walking over to hug her best friend, the engagement ring Jackson had given her the month before sparkling in the warm light. There was a knock on the door, and it opened to reveal several Hunts, Jackson in the front. "You ladies look lovely," he said, looking at Cordy as he said it. Cordy blushed, walking over to him as faint strands of music drifted from the main hall. "That's our cue, Rey." She said, walking out with the other Hunts. Reyna smiled as her father stood in the doorway, a proud look on his face as he took in her appearance. "Ready?" He asked. She nodded, taking his offered arm. As they walked towards the main hall, the faint strands of music growing louder, filling her with excited anticipation. She walked down the aisle, marvelling at the beauty of the small chapel, the aisle strewn with flower petals, lilies and roses adorning the altar where Allen was standing, the look in his eyes making something in her chest flutter, and her face heat. Her father handed her off, tears (liquid pride) in his eyes. "You take good care of her, Allen." He said, walking back to where her mother was sitting. Allen nodded and took her hands, smiling into her eyes, his green meeting her gray. It was then, Reyna knew, that this would be a day to remember.
