Author's Note: This is the sequel to Flynn Family Test. Takes place five years following the end of Flynn Family Test. It will make more sense and you'll be familiar with the characters if you have read at least some of Flynn Family Test, but it's not really necessary.

Katelynn and Ariel sat next to each other at their table in the kindergarten class at Saint Catherine's Elementary School. They were each drawing a picture of their family and coloring them as they drew. Katelynn had her skin tone colored crayons out and was coloring everyone but herself and Julio the same shade. She and Julio were then colored a matching shade while Sharon and Andy matched everyone else in skin tone. One of the boys at the table looked at her picture and pointed to Julio. "So that's your Daddy. Who's all these people?"

Katelynn pointed to her drawing of Andy. "That's my daddy. Julio is my big brother like them." She pointed to her other brothers. "These my big sisters." She pointed to Emily and Nicole. "That's Mommy." She pointed to Sharon. She then pointed to Nicole then Ariel. "That's my big sister and her mommy."

The boys laughed at her. "You not same as them. They aint your family. They stealed you." Katelynn bit her lip and started to tear up. Ariel raised her hand to get the teacher's attention. The teacher came over. She took one look at Katelynn and the at the boys laughing.

"What is going on here? Katelynn what's wrong?" She looked at the boys. "And why are you two laughing at the girls?"

Katelynn continued to try to hold back tears. Ariel spoke up for her. "They are making fun of us. Saying we're not real family. That Papa and Grammy stealed her cause she only looks like Uncle Julio." Katelynn nodded and wiped her face with her sleeve. "We all real. My mommy is her big sister." She pointed to all the boys. "They her brothers and my uncles."

The teacher nodded then looked at the boys. She pointed to a table across the room. "You two in time out. Opposite ends now. For six minutes." The boys grumbled at went. The teacher set the timer on her watch. "Come on Katelynn, let's go clean up those tears." She took Katelynn to her desk and handed her some tissues. Katelynn wiped her eyes and blew her nose like any five-year-old would.

She still looked upset. "I want my mommy or daddy. They come 'rest bad boys and take them to jail. Big brothers do it too. Can we call them?" The teacher looked at her watch, checking the time.

"We can call them and tell them what happened. You can talk to them and we'll do what they say to do, okay?" Katelynn nodded. The teacher looked at her watch then at the T.A. "Those boys have two more minutes. If they bug Ariel when they go back to the table, separate them. I'm going to take care of Katelynn."

The T.A. smiled and nodded while helping another student. Katelynn and the teacher went to the side room where the phone was. The teacher looked up Sharon's office number then dialed. Sharon picked up her ringing office phone, seeing it was from an outside line. "LAPD, Commander Flynn speaking. How can I help you?"

"Good afternoon Commander Flynn. This is Jessica Lewis, Katelynn's teacher at St. Catherine's. Katelynn was the victim of some bullying about twenty minutes ago and your granddaughter also witnessed it. Katelynn is still upset and wants to leave early after you or Captain Flynn arrest the boys that bullied her. She wanted to call you and I told her we could."

Mrs. Lewis put the phone on speaker and nodded to Katelynn. "Mommy come get me and arrest the bad boys. Let Uncle Julio take them to jail for being bullies. They sayed you and Daddy not my Mommy and Daddy cause I look like Uncle Julio. Want Scary Sanchez to get them. Please."

Sharon sighed into the phone then looked at her watch. There were still several hours before she could get away. "Katelynn put Mrs. Lewis on the phone, but stay right there. I'll talk to you again after I talk to your teacher."

Mrs. Lewis picked up the receiver, taking it off speaker. "Yes Commander Flynn? Yes, they were disciplined. She is fairly upset. We have one more recess, snack time, music class, and handwriting practice this afternoon. She hasn't really calmed down any. It's fine if you want to do that. I understand. I'll put her back on the phone I will send a note to Noah's teacher to tell him, so he doesn't panic after school."

Mrs. Lewis put the phone back on speaker. Sharon spoke into the phone. "One of your brothers is coming to get you. Whichever one can leave work. They'll be there soon. You'll come here to my office or Daddy's office, okay. I'll send a note saying he's your big brother and can pick you up. Mommy loves you Katelynn."

Sharon and Mrs. Lewis ended the call. "Let's go gather your backpack, lunchbox, and picture. You can stay here and practice handwriting while the class goes to music class." Katelynn went and got her backpack as the class came in then lined up to go to music class. She put her lunchbox and picture in the backpack.

Katelynn sat in her seat and practiced her handwriting while waiting for someone to come pick her up. Sharon called Andy in his office after finishing with Katelynn and her teacher. "Captain Flynn I need to borrow Sargent Sanchez for a bit if your team isn't busy or in the middle of a case. I need him to do something for me. Actually who I need is Scary Sanchez, but that's Momma Flynn speaking, not Commander Flynn."

Andy developed a concerned look on his face. "You can have him, but what's going on with Katelynn that you need Scary Sanchez as Provenza calls him?" And don't make up a story. Tell me."

"Her class was drawing family pictures. The boys at her and Ariel's table were telling them that you and I are not her parents since she looks different. Told her that Julio is her daddy. She said that he was her brother. Ariel stuck up for her and defended her saying they were related. They still made her cry. She wants to come here to her momma and daddy. I agreed since it's late in the school day. She said to send Scary Sanchez. I told her I'd try, then had to explain to her teacher what that meant."

Andy softly laughed. "I'll send him, If I went to get her, I'd lose my temper to the teacher or someone. You can fill him in. He'll be happy to do it." Andy hung up the phone and went out to Julio. "Julio I need a favor."

Julio looked up from his computer screen. "Yes Captain? What can I do?"

Andy handed him the post it note. "I need Scary Sanchez to go pick up Katelynn at school. She was bullied and is still upset and wants to come here. She and her teacher called Sharon and recounted the events. She wanted to leave and have Scary Sanchez come get her and arrest the mean boys. We told her someone would come get her."

Julio put his gun in his desk drawer, but left his badge on his belt. "On my way." He left to get in his car after her put Katelynn's booster seat from Sharon's car in it. He headed to the elementary school. He pulled into their parking lot and went to the school office. He showed them his badge and told them why he was there. Someone from the office took him to Katelynn's classroom.

He knocked on the classroom door. The teacher opened it and let him in. "You must be Sargent Sanchez. I'm Jessica Lewis, Katelynn's teacher. I'm sure you know what happened? Katelynn asked Commander Flynn to send Scary Sanchez."

Julio nodded. "My father-in-law Captain Flynn told me and asked me to come pick her up." The teacher nodded. Julio looked over at Katelynn and winked at her. "You ready to go to work with me Katiebug?" She nodded. He held her hand and carried her bag as they headed to his car. He put her in the backseat then got in the front and they left the school heading back to the PAB.
