Prologe
Rumplestiltskin grew up without a mother or a father. His mother was banished by the fairys to another realm and his father abandoned his son so he could become young and powerful. Rumple was left to the care of elderly spinners. Growing up Rumple always knew something was missing from his life. As a teenager he meet a woman in his village named Milah. She was beautiful and seemed kind hearted. The two married and Rumple got drafted into the wars. Milah beged her husband not to go saying he did'nt need to prove himself to her. She knew he was nothing like his cowerdly father. But Rumple wanted to prove himself to his village and himself. Milah was expecting there child and she feared she would loose her husband to the harsh battle. Rumple was put in charge of a mysterious prisoner known as the seer. A young girl with firy red hair and eyes on her palms. She warned Rumplestiltskin that his actions on the battlefield would leave his son fatherless. Fearing he would not return to his family Rumple made the choice to use a sledgehammer and break his own leg so he would be sent home. Word got out that he injured himself so he would'nt have to fight in the war. Branded a cowered like his father before him Rumple returned to his village and hobbled home with the helpd of a large walking stick. He found his wife holding there new born son. Milah cursed her husband saying it would have been better if he died in the war like an honerable man. She would be branded a widow insted of the wife of a cowerd. Rumple took his son and vowed to him that he would never leave him and he would always protect him from harm. Milah grew to hate her husband over the next few years and would go to the tavern and drink rather than watch over her young son. Rumple would return home to find Bae alone. Then Milah meet a pirate and she abandoned her family for a life of adventure. Rumple told his son his mother died to spare him the pain of knowing his mother did'nt want him.
Belle French was born a princess and grew to have love and understanding. Her name meaning beauty did not lie. She was loved by her family, friends and people. When the wars started she was just a young girl. At age seventeen the war grew closer and her parents needed help in fighting the war. There army just wasn't strong enough. So Belle was to marry Sir Gaston the eldest son of a powerful king with an even more powerful army. Wanting to find true love an adventures like in her book she hated to marry a man that was know as a hunter of animals and wemon. A man who thinks he is the most handsome man in all the realms and the gods gift to the earth. But Belle did as her parents wished. It was after all not only her duty but the brave and honerable thing to do. So with the combind arnys the war was all but over. When an attack killed Belle's mother. After awhile her father becane deathy kill out of nowhere and with in twenty four hours he dead as well. Greave stricken by the loss of her parents Belle became depressed and lonly since her husand was'nt her lover or even friend. After her fathers death he became abusive verbally and fisically. The young princess freard in his anger and rage he would kill her. One night she over heard him talking to a strang man and her worst fears came to light.
