Chapter 1: The Digital Pets
It was a hot summer day and two boys were sitting on a bench in the park playing with two strange toys.
One had jet black hair and flaming red colour eyes and wore a black t-shirt with an open, sleeveless jacket with a flame design attached on the keychain and black half pants.
The other had brown hair and wore a blue t-shirt with a white dragon design on it and a grey jacket and black half pants.
A bunch of cards with pictures of weird creatures lay near both of them.
A minute later, the jet black boy groaned "Oh come on! This is the second time I've lost today."
"Actually, the tenth time." The other said, with a smirk.
"Whatever. I am going home. Bye Drake the Nerd."
"Play with me whenever you want to lose again Crimson". The boy called Drake said coolly to Crimson."
As Crimson was walking home he suddenly heard someone call him. He turned around to see a girl running towards him calling his name.
The girl had cyan coloured hair with cyan coloured eyes. She wore a light blue t-shirt and white shorts and white shoes with neon blue lings on them.
"Yo Cyan! What's up?" Crimson asked her.
"Everything's swell. I want you to see my new card" she said at a rapid speed and showed him a card with a white,gold and blue coloured humanoid dragon figure.
"How did you get this CARD!" Crimson shrieked
"I bought it just yesterday. Anyway, did you see Drake anywhere. I want to show him this card." She asked him
"He is in the park."
"Okay! I will go there. Bye" she the turned and ran to find Drake.
Crimson was about to reach home when something got his eye.
In turned just in time to see a small dark figure run inside a dark alley.
"Whose there?" He ran to alley and reached a dead end. He checked around for the figure but found nothing.
"Weird!" He shrugged and ran to his home and shouted "I'm home."
