Viper on the Nip

Dr. Viper may be part snake, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t lost his cat antics. So what happens if he discovers a catnip plant? You will find out.

Megakat Tower was opening for the millionth time, and Dr. Viper had another plan to take over the city.

Viper walked down the stairs, only to smell a minty fresh scent that relaxed him. A vine tapped on Dr. Viper's shoulder. "What issssss it?" He hissed. "And what isssssss that sssssssmell?" The vine pointed to a plant that hadn't been mutated yet. "Ssssso thisssss issssss what'sssssss making that delicious smell. Maybe I should mutate it." Dr. Viper said. He put a drop of Katalyst 99 onto the plant with a spacey expression on his face. Immediately after, Viper plopped down onto the ground, purring loudly while rubbing his face on the floor. The mutated plant tickled Viper under his nose. Viper giggled stupidly.

Suddenly, the SWAT Kats burst through the door. "It's over, Dr. Viper! We've gotcha no-" T-Bone started to speak, but was cut off by the sight of Dr. Viper giggling loudly. "Looks like Viper's discovered catnip." Razor said. "Yeah," Said T-Bone. "The enforcers can handle it from here."
