A young girl dressed in plain simple clothes clung on to a boy wearing green. He horse they were on galloped across the black, brown and white fur was a blur.
He tugged her reigns and she slowed down near and lake.
"Link." The girl said as he jumped off with some difficulty.
He blanked her as he crouched down next to the water.
"Link if you are ignoring me about the kiss." She said falling off the horse. "Then I am sorry. But I really liked it."
Link looked at her. "It's not that Zelda."
"Then what is it?" She asked standing up and brushing down her skirt.
"Nothing." Link said dryly.
"It can not be nothing." Zelda said sternly. "Unless you are starting to regret letting me come. We have not even left Hyrule field."
"It not that." Link took a deep breath. "Zelda I'm happy you came. No I'm extremely happy you came." He stood up and walked to Zelda. "It's I don't want to put you into danger."
Zelda hugged him. Link didn't hug her back. Epona snorted and trotted off.
"I love you." He whispered.
Zelda looked at him and smiled. "I love you too."
Link placed a hand on her cheek and looked straight into her blue eyes.
"There is another reason I wanted to come." Zelda whispered. "My father wants me to marry a stranger from another land. I have seen him and I do not love him."
Link backed off slightly.
Epona trotted around the lake. Every so often she would look back at Link and Zelda. She knew an argument would start soon.
"Hay!" Called an annoying voice. "How many times have I told you and Link not to run off?" she panted.
Epona grunted and cantered off.
"Hay!"
