It was time for the special annual Tarrytown Olympics, and Tracy was excited.

"I can't wait until the games begin! I just know I'm going to get a medal this year! I want it to be a first place medal! Oh the games will be so exciting!" She babbled on excitedly.

"Tracy!" Called Herky.

"You do need to practice your techniques!" Snuffy added.

But it was too late; Tracy was already flying away.

"I just hope she remembers to practice for the games!" Said Snuffy.

"Yeah!" agreed Herky. "She only has three days left."

...

On the day of the Olympics, Tracy was very excited to be in the games. She performed her routine- flying through hoops and performing air aerobics. She also performed very well in the race and put in all her effort in order to win against Jay Jay and Orland, who were also competing.

But it hadn't been quite enough.

...

Tracy was standing on the podium with a silver medal. On her left was Jay Jay, yielding a gold medal. To his other side, Orland had a bronze medal.

"We did tell you to practice." Said Snuffy.

"Yeah!" Agreed Herky.

Tracy learned that you can be really excited for big things like that, but to get what you want, you need to listen, pay attention and practice what you know.
