A/N- I don't know why I am obsessed with Luna/Draco all of a sudden…. I really don't know..
Hallways
"Hey Loony!"
Luna turned and looked up, her eyes looking a bit glazed in the dim light of the dungeons. "Yes?"
"Dropped something, did you?"
Luna pulled her bag around and looked into it, searching for something.
"A scroll perhaps?" Pansy Parkinson waved a neatly rolled scroll tied in black string at the Ravenclaw.
The fifth year Ravenclaw looked at the brunette and blinked her eyes once, "My Arithmancy homework."
The Slytherin sixth year smiled, her straight white teeth gleaming in the dirge of the dungeon, "Well, wee falcon, come and get it."
Luna made a move forward to take it, her shoulders back, hand stretched out, her eyes looking straight into Pansy's. "I have Arithmancy next."
"You better hurry up then, shouldn't you?" She sneered before tossing the scroll over to Millicent Bludstrode.
"Look at that, Pans, she's wearing olives for earring today!"
"You mean she forewent the radishes?"
"I would really like my scroll, please." Luna said as she turned towards the bulky Slytherin girl.
"Still has the caps around her neck, and badges upon her tie." Pansy laughed before she caught the scroll again.
"I really don't want to.."
"Look, one of her socks drooping, can't even keep them up. Even Granger can do that!" Bludstrode caught the scroll again as Luna's hair whipped around, getting caught between the two girls' game.
Stopping her movement, Luna watched as her scroll went across her head a few more times, her large silvery eyes watching its movement, her fingers tingling as she grabbed her wand from behind her ear. "I didn't want to do this," she said quietly before summoning her scroll and setting a Bat Bogey Hex upon the sixth years. Luna shook her head when they both fell forward in a heap of robes, scratching at their arms and legs, and stepped over them, pulling her sock up as she went.
Once she rounded the corner, Draco Malfoy was ready for her.
"You know, you could get in a lot of trouble for hexing a fellow student like that, Lovegood."
"My name is Luna." She stated plainly while slipping the scroll into her bag, "And, you wouldn't say anything anyway, will you?"
He stopped dead in his tracks as her eyes pierced his, before they softened again and her mouth turned into a dazzling grin, making his open slightly and murmur, "Merlin knows they deserve it."
Turning her gaze to the ceiling, Luna stated, "Draco Dormiens Numquam Titallandus."
He whispered in her wake, "Never tickle a sleeping dragon."
