summary: For evil shall stain all, even the fallen.

.
Falling, falling,
all around.
Oh, how tragic.
When will it end?—
the evil intent that stains the world black,
that taints every heart,
whoever it may be, whatever their intentions?
Broken wings and shattered promises,
pure white feathers that emerge from the sky—
oh, how long will they take to fall?
He wishes to shape himself with these,
to make himself pure in the ways he wants,
in all the ways he believes a brother should be.
But alas, for when he picks up the feathers
that coat the Earth,
finally fallen,
they are a sleek black,
and but only taint him further.
