She was beautiful, tall and with fair complexion, we met in Bali, we met in the times that I was so depressed, that I almost want to die, but it doesn't mean that I am going to commit suicide, its just that my parents wants me to marry someone that I didn't barely know, its not like she's ugly or what but when I saw her I just felt nothing.
I decided to spend my last vacation being a bachelor without my friends or my family, I just want to be alone. I was sitting along the seashore, waiting for a miracle to happen, a miracle that would tell that our engagement is over, but the miracle that I was waiting for comes up to be you.
You ask me what's wrong, you we're a stranger to me, but I felt like I already knew you, your voice comforts me so much, that I found myself smiling while I stare at you, you smile back, and then I answered 'don't worry its already solved when I saw you' you smiled again and introduced yourself. We talked all night, and then I was satisfied.
You said that life wasn't fair to you, and it was for me too. It seems like we're destined to know each other, to comfort each other, and to love each other, but as I said life is so unfair.
Time passed as time does, still I never told you that I was engaged to someone I didn't love, I told to you that I loved you, and you answered me with a kiss, something happened that night and then I became complete, you filled up the missing part of me. I never regret anything and so are you, but our love is forbidden and you know that too, but still you're happy and it made me happy too. A week passed and I decided to tell you that I was engaged, you're not mad but you just said that, ' it was just a summer affair, I understand, but to let you know, that you will always be the one that I will love and cherish'
When you said that, I just want you to be in my arms but you walked away and I thought that, that was the time to let go and face reality, I went back home and I was happy that I met you, I decided to be married to her, but you will always be the one that I will love.
On August 26, 2006 Nara Shikamaru will be married to Yamanaka Ino. Everyone was happy, Shikamaru pretends that he was happy too, but if you look into his eyes, you will see the he was longing for someone, someone the he shared his summer affair...
"Nara Shikamaru, will you accept Yamanaka Ino to be your lawfully wedded wife?" the priest ask,
Everyone was quiet waiting for the young man's answer, and then,
"I do…" but deep inside he wishes that it was Temari.
