Title: Definition I
Character(s)/Pairing(s): Jacob/Bella
Beautiful. By definition: having beauty; having qualities that give great pleasure or satisfaction to see, hear, think about…delighting the senses or mind.
Bella was all Jacob could see. He didn't just hear her, he listened, for all the little things, keeping them in the back of his mind. And thinking about her? There was no way to not think about her. He wasn't just satisfied; he was ready for more, bring it on.
As for pleasure? Delighting the senses or mind? Take one look at his face, listen for a second to his mind, and figure it out from there.

However unsure she was about her feelings about Jacob, one thing was for sure: he was more than just beautiful. What Bella felt whenever she looked into his eyes could only be described as that. Everything about him, from his smooth shaggy black hair to his swift feet was just all around beauty. And as for his smile—well that is just too much for words.
"Did you know, you're sort of beautiful?"
Sort of? What an understatement.

He sees the difference in her features. How it looks when she says Jacob, when she says Edward. The change isn't that hard to catch.
"What is it about him Bella, really? Is it just how beautiful, he is? Because of course, I'm just sort of like that, right?" Jacob spits at her.
"Jacob that's not—" Bella cries.
"No, Bella, it is. Don't you dare try to compare us. I already know I'm not good enough for you."
And he's gone.
Title: Beautiful
Character(s)/Pairing(s): Sam/Leah
Sam watches the slowly setting sun, hears a familiar voice, and his heart jumps.
"Watching the sunset again?" Leah asks, rolling her eyes, sitting down next to him (just close enough).
"Yeah. It calms me—one of the few things that does these days." Sam says, glancing for a second at Leah.
Turning her head away she whispers, "This and Emily, right?"
"Right." he sighs.
They look at each other for just a moment, for just enough, then turn back to the sun.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" she says, to change the subject.
"Yeah. Beautiful." he answers, his eyes on her.
