It's a letter written by Severus Snape to Lily Potter on the first day Harry Potter came to Hogwarts.He wrote to Lily in his letter about the emotions triggered in him by Harry.He pours his heart down to the love of his life,to the one whom he dedicated his entire being for.Read on to have a ride on this bittersweet emotional rollercoaster in the form of this one shot!

Dear Lily,

Your son is nothing like you.He is a conceited,little 'I-know-everything'.He looks at everyone like they are just mere peasants and he is the king.He has no respects for school rules.He and his two friends Mr.Weasley and Miss.Granger think that they can do everything that they want and still not get punished for them.He is an exact copy of the oh so popular,quiditch star James Popular.He looks like Potter,talks like Potter,acts like Potter and IS a Potter.The second James Potter.He has nothing like you.

Only your green eyes Lily.The eyes that you had.The bottomless green that swallowed a person whole, body and soul.The eyes that put you in a trance.The eyes where you get lost.The eyes that stop time. The eyes which are as mysterious as magic itself.And the eyes that made me fall in love.The eyes which still keeps me alive.

A part of you-even though it's a little part-is still alive.And as long as I do not breathe my last, I'll protect the you in him.I'll protect the you I loved,love and will love.Always.
