Summary: Harry is a lawyer and gets an unexpected case, Draco Malfoy.

Disclaimer: i don't own it.

Harry Potter stared blankly at the newspaper in his hands.

Draco Malfoy is on the front page, struggling to free himself from 3 unhappy aurors.

Harry read the article 9 times before even a sentence stuck, and had to read it a further 4 times before he fully comprehended what it was saying.

That doesn't sound right, thought Harry, why would Malfoy rob the bank, not only has he got plenty of money, but he has a lot of house elves to do it for him.

Neville, Harry's boss, appeared, apparently out of no-where, "Potter, I'm giving you the Malfoy case, try to prove his innocence will you?"

"Sure Neville." Replied Harry, slightly dumbfounded.

Neville put the paperwork on the table and left.

Harry looked up as he heard the guard enter the room, with someone shuffling along behind him.

The guard moved, revealing a pale faced Draco, Harry inclined his head in a dignified nod of greetings.

Malfoy replied with his own nod.

"Malfoy." Remarked Harry.

"Potter." Sneered Draco.

For a few minutes no-one spoke, simply glaring heatedly at the other.

Finally Malfoy spoke up, "What are you doing here Potter?" he spat, "come to gloat?"

"No, I've been sent to represent you in your case." Answered Harry matter of factly.

"WHAT?" Malfoy screamed.

"I'm your lawyer."

Hours later Malfoy lay on the bed in his cell, staring blindly at the ceiling.

He only saw Potter's smarmy face.

Oh I bet Potter got a lot of satisfaction from seeing me like this, he though heatedly, seeing me suffer, I bet he just loved it, wanting to be 'my hero' or perhaps he just wants to throw me in azkaban as he benefits from the big fat paycheck he'll be getting for representing the likes of me.

Malfoy eventually fell asleep dreaming of all of the horrible tortures he could inflict upon Harry Potter.

The same Harry Potter that Malfoy dreamt of awoke in a cold sweat.

"WHAT! I DON'T THINK ABOUT BOYS THAT WAY, ESPECIALLY NOT HIM!"
