Here it is, the sequel of 'Teen Titans: Rise of Shifter'. I hope you enjoy the story.

Disclaimer:I do not own the Teen Titans. I own the Street Titans, Chaos Commander, the Chaos Legion and this story. Heck, I even own a hat. The characters Gothic Rose and her brother, mentioned in the story, are owned by littlemissfg from DeviantART (Where this story can also be read)

With that said, enjoy the prologue. Oh, and REVIEW AFTER READING!

It had been a year since the Titans had defeated Shifter, but not much had been changed but much had happened. The Titans had started to train new heroes. A sort of 'Teen Titans academy'.

Robin trained, off course, powerless heroes. He taught them how to be powerful without powers. He taught those martial arts, the creation and usage of gadgets.

Cyborg always was assigned to 'Technical support teams' and 'Cyber Organic Heroes', to teach them how to build stuff and to control their cybernetic powers.

Starfire taught heroes of 'alien nature' to blend in with 'normal humans' and how to behave on earth. Considering the effort her friends had done to teach HER all that stuff, she was almost of pro.

Beast Boy taught shapeshifters the possibilities and limits of their 'changing nature'. Although he maybe cracks the wrong jokes on the wrong times, he's not a bad teacher.

Raven was assigned to heroes who had …trouble controlling their powers. One of her apprentices, a heroine called Gothic Rose, had the power to control the wind and to fly, but had much trouble getting it under her control. Raven had taught her through meditation to fully control her power. Gothic Rose had left Jump City to go back to her travels, in search of her villainous brother, to turn him to the good side or defeat him, permanently.

With all the newly trained heroes in Jump City and other cities, crime and minor villainous actions had dropped to a minimum. The Titans had received congratulations from the Justice League and were made honorary The more 'major villains' were still handled by the Justice League, but they had made it clear that the Titans helped could always be needed. For the time being, crime had taken a minimum. And for that purpose, Robin, one of the founder of the Titans and 'Supreme Commander' of the Titan Teams around the world had decided to throw a party to celebrate this. All Titans from around the world were invited.

"C'mon, y'all!" Cyborg yelled, honking the horn of the T-car. "We're going to be late for our party."

Raven, already in a long dark blue dress with matching heels, entered the Titans' Hanger and gave her cybernetic friend a friendly, but nevertheless deathly glare. "Cy, the party starts over an hour." She said, fixing an ear ring. "And you still have to wear your tuxedo."

Cyborg jumped out of the car and looked at himself. "I knew I had forgot something." He ran passed Raven and ran to his room to take his custom-made tuxedo.

Raven walked back to the Common Room, where the other Titans, except Cy, were relaxing for the party. Well, Robin was looking at the pages of his speech, so he was kinda edgy. Starfire was looking at her husband with a smile. Starfire and Robin were married five months ago. A small ceremony was held within Titans Tower, but was live broadcasted to Titans around the world. After a month, presents and congratulations were still coming in. After the stream of presents had quiet down, the newly wedded couple had taking their honeymoon literally to the moon. Well, the moon of Tamaran, where the Royal family once had built a resort for themselves. After they had returned, they both had taken back their duties as crime fighters, but now shared a same room. Starfire's room was now used as an extra storage room for the Titans' stuff.

Raven's eyes scanned the room, but didn't find the person she was looking for. Her boyfriend, Garfield 'Gar' Logan, AKA Beast Boy. "Kory, have you seen Gar?" Raven asked Starfire.

"He was in the room a few minutes ago." Starfire said, fixing her purple dress, the one she had wore when she went to a certain prom that Robin unwillingly was attending with 'that-glorflarg-that-we-won't-mention-again'. "But he ran to his room. I heard him muttering about almost forgetting something."

Raven walked through The hallway where that Titans' rooms were. When she passed Cyborg's room, she heard him cursing himself and stumbling to get his tux on. When she heard something large fell and a 'Ow man' from Cyborg, she giggled. She quickly walked to Beast Boy's Room. She knocked the door. "Gar, are you ready?"

She heard stumbling and movement inside. "Just a minute, Rae." She heard him saying.

"BB, if you don't open this door this minute, I will phase through it." Raven calmly said with a smile.

The door went open, to reveal a brightly smiling Beast Boy. "Rae, you look …perfect."

Raven giggled and gave Beast Boy a soft push. "You have said that the last three times already."

Beast Boy shrugged. "The truth can't be said to much." Beast Boy went back inside, apparently looking for something.

"Lost something?" Raven asked suspiciously.

"No, no." Beast Boy said, holding something behind his back.

"Gar." Raven said, slowly started walking around Beast Boy, trying to see what he held. "What are you hiding?"

"Nothing, nothing." Beast Boy said, starting to walk backward to the wall.

"Then what's that behind your back." Raven said.

"ehm …nothing?" Beast Boy said.

Raven let her eyes glow white and the object behind Beast Boy's back flew in her diection. It was a small, flat box. "Gar, what's is this?" she asked.

"Open up and you'll see." Beast Boy said with a smile.

Raven opened the box and gasped. Inside the box was a silver necklace. The same one she once had seen in the mall while shopping with Raven, but had decided not to buy it. She had regretted it and went back to buy it, but the owner of the shop had said that it already gone. Now she knew who had bought it. "Gar." She whispered, grabbing her boyfriend in a great hug. "It's beautiful. Thank you."

"You deserve the best, Rae." Beast Boy said. "And yet, you still go out with me."

Raven chuckled. "You are the best, Gar." She said, locking her lips with Beast Boy's. After a long kiss, the couple heard coughing behind them. Cyborg, fully dressed in his tux, was leaning against the door.

"Are you two lovebirds ready." Cyborg asked. "We need to go, or now we'll be really late for our own party."

"You go ahead, Rae." Beast Boy said. "I need just to fix my hair a bit."

Raven gave Beast Boy a small kiss on the cheek and left the room. After she was out of the hallway Beast Boy walked over to Cyborg. "You have it?" Beast Boy asked. "is everything set?"

Cyborg smiled. "It is, bro." Cyborg said, opening a container in his leg. He took something out of it and gave it to Beast Boy. "I still can't believe you're gonna do this."

Beast Boy looked at the object Cyborg had given him. "Thank you for keeping this for me." Beast Boy said, opening the small black box. He looked at the object inside. A ring, decorated with a blue sapphire and encrypted with his and Raven's initials. He closed the box and put it in the pocket of his vest.

"I must say, BB." Cyborg said, while walking to the Common Room. "proposing to her while being in a room filled with all Titans from around the world… pretty bold."

"Hey, Robin proposed to Star while fighting a villain, not being sure if we were going to survive." Beast Boy smirked. "I needed to do better than that, didn't I?"

Cyborg gave his friend a hard pat on the shoulder, knocking him on the ground. "I'm proud of you, Gar." Cy said, helping Beast boy on his feet.

"Thanks, Vic." Beast Boy said. "Let's go to the party."

The Titans went to the hanger and left with the T-car, to the party. Everything was fine in the city.

But that wasn't going to last for long. Because, far from the city, a new plot was forged. A plot made centuries ago.

The man sat in the shadows, looking at holographic plans of Jump City, Gotham City, Metropolis and other major cities off the world. "It has begon." The man said, getting up and walking to a stand that held a metal helmet. The man took the helmet and placed it on his head. With a click the mask attached itself to the man's head. The helmet made some buzzing sounds and then, silence.

A knock on the door. "Enter." The man said, his voice now altered by a voice scrambler, giving him a deep, metallic voice that brought fear in his enemies, but also in his troops and trusted allies.

Two men entered the chamber. The two men looked almost exactly alike, except that one had shorter black hair and a small beard, while the other had long hair and a goatee. The two men saluted.

"Ah, councilor Razz and Councilor Zyro." The man with the helmet said. "What do you have to report."

"My brother and I have inspected the troops, the equipment and the status of 'The Sanctuary'." Councilor Razz, the man with the short hair and small beard, said.

"All is ready for Phase one." Councilor Zyro, the man with long hair and goatee, said. "Teams from around the globe are ready to strike when you give the command, my lord."

"broadcast a message to the troops." The man with the helmet said. "We'll begin 'Operation Cleansing Chaos' in three days. At that day they must ready themselves at their given coordinates, but must keep themselves cloaked until my command."

The two men saluted and turned around to leave the chamber.

"Oh, and one more thing." The man said.

The two brothers turned around. "yes, commander?"

"How is the construction of our Ground Base?" The man with the helmet asked.

"Councilor Dex reports 90% completion of our base." Councilor Zyro said. "it will be another hour before it will be done."

"Dex certainly has made great progress for something that he started building three hours ago." Councilor Razz said. "And he didn't bring Construction Units with him."

"You maybe forgot that Councilor Dex is a genius, my war-loving friends." The commander said. "Nothing is impossible for him."

A voice came from an invisible speaker. "Commander, Councilor Vega reports that all non-military personnel and citizens are ready to be transported to the Ground Base"

"Tell her that she must begin evacuation from Base 0 to the new Ground Base as soon that Dex reports completion." The Commander said.

"Yes, Chaos Commander" The man said. The speaker turned off.

"You two can leave." Chaos Commander said to the two councilors. "Give the troops the new Exo Battle Armor and then power up the 'Sanctuary'."

"The EBA's haven's been tested yet." Councilor Razz said.

"I tested them." Chaos Commander said. "They work even better than I expected."

"You tested them, Sir?" Councilor Zyro asked. "The slightest malfunction could have ended your life sir."

"And now you're son is …no more, there is no-one to take Command if you leave this world." Councilor Razz said.

The Commander took fast steps in the councilor's direction. He stopped right in front of them. The sight of the featureless metallic mask gave the two men chills. "Don't mention my son. Not If I have given permission." The commander said calmly. "And don't worry about my successor. I have instructed Dex to solve that little …problem. Now, leave."

The two men saluted and left the room. The Commander walked to his chair and sat down. Pushed some buttons and a holographic screen popped up. The holo-screen showed a large tube, filled with green liquid. Something was drifting in it.

"Soon." The man whispered. He pushed another button and the screen went out. The room was covered in Shadows again.

"I will cleanse this world." The man said. "This is why we excist, why we live. The Chaos Legion will strike first, and no-one will stop us."

Had much fun writing this. Review after reading.
