For those who didn't read the title, it is a challenge for Hetalia and Bleach. More information in the thingie. I would write this myself, but I have no confidence in my writing abilities.

The Soul Society Challenge

Summary: This challenge is for one of the shinigami investigate the reiatsu (can't spell for the life of me) of the Countries. Because countries can see the shinigami, they learn of the Soul Society. The shinigami sent becomes the personification of the Soul Society. This shinigami gets draged into the craziness that comes with being a country.

Rules: This happens after the Ryoka Invasion, but before the end of the Winter War. No major OC's, this does not mean you can't use an OC at all, just not as the main character
