With one massive dream,
A promise to fulfil,
Two brothers to follow,
And an unbreakable will.
He set sail and moved forward,
"Watch me, Sabo!" He cried,
Calling out to his brother,
As if he'd never died.
Little did he know,
His brother did hear,
Through a den den mushi,
Pressed up to his ear.
And in the future,
They would meet again,
With years to catch up on,
And much to explain.
With a huge goal to conquer,
Which was all along a need for love,
A little brother to protect,
And a promise to the one above.
He set out to sea,
"Watch me, Luffy!" He yelled,
Finally he could be free,
From where the other was held.
Luffy could hear loud and clear,
The triumph in his voice,
At seventeen, as promised,
He could pursue his life choice.
Yet, from then on in,
They would only meet twice more,
In the scorching hot sand,
And in the Paramount War.
With years hidden away,
And regret tainting his mind,
The sought after freedom alongside him,
And all confinements left behind.
He walked into the arena,
"Watch me, Ace!" He called,
He would inherit his brothers will,
And refuse to let the third fall.
And if Ace could hear him,
Shouting his name,
His wide shining smile,
Would be as bright as his flame.
And in the near future,
Sabo would, as he swore,
Protect their little brother,
Just as Ace had before.
"Watch me! Sabo!
I'll achieve my dream!
I'll conquer the oceans,
However terrible they seem!"
"Watch me! Luffy!
I'll travel past the sea!
I'll become known to all,
Just wait, you'll see!"
"Watch me! Ace!
I'll protect the third!
It's my turn now,
For you kept your word!"
When great will was needed most,
They yelled out to their brother,
Who gave them more courage,
More strength, than any other.
I just want to say thank you so much for all of your unbelievably kind reviews on my past works, I received one not long ago which made me so happy you can't imagine. Honestly, the reviews, whether critical or encouraging is what makes writing so much more fun and worth while.
Up next should be Doflamingo and later on Franky and Senoir, Sabaody Archipelago, the Whitebeards after the war and possibly Vivi.
As always, please review, I would love to hear your thoughts.
