One day, all the happy times that Homura longed for... will become reality.
A green vast land.
Madoka was running around the field with a straw hat and pink, long dress brushing against her legs. Homura could never wish for anything anyone more prettier than Madoka.
Homura smiled and continued running after her.
"Homura-chan!" Madoka yelled. "I love you!" Madoka took off her straw hat and giggled shly behind it as she continued running again.
Homura blinked, a light blush tinted her cheeks. She was caught off guard for a moment but continued running again.
.
.
Homura smiled and turned over on her bed, watching Madoka lying on the bed right beside her. The sun was shining in the room and she could hear some birds chirping happily outside their window. Her arm comfortably wrapped around Madoka's small and thin body and made a small whimpering noise as she stretched a bit. Madoka glanced back and chortled lightly before turning entire body to give a light peck on Homura's cheek.
"Good morning Homura-chan." Madoka beamed.
"Good morning."
Homura flung open her eyes.
The room was quiet and dark. The curtains moved gently along with the wind. The four red digits on her clock showed it was just half past three in the morning. Other than the sound of the crickets chirping, Homura's pant echoed across the room. Sweat soaked her pillow and even her bed sheets. Homura moved her arm and she felt the empty space beside her.
Homura slowly sat up on her bed and looked around. This was her house, her bedroom, one that she had been staying for nearly two years, yet why does Homura feel so empty and a feeling of uncertainty in her heart? She stared down at the empty space beside her.
"Madoka." She whispered.
The empty bed was mocking her. Mocking her loneliness and her failure to save Madoka yet again. Everything was just a dream. The happy times that never existed.
Homura brushed her wet hair and shook her head. She headed to the bathroom, ready to prepare herself.
Again, she'll turn back the time and kill kyubey. No... kill whoever who ruins and destroy her plan to get Madoka to know nothing about magical girls.
One day, those happy times that Homura dream about... they will all become reality.
