He always said he would be there for me...
I should have known that was never to be...
I wish everything would have gone as planned but to think it ever would...

It's true what they say...
Only fools dream for the impossible...
I can't say I'm not happy for him...
Then again i can't say that I am...
I wish he was with me...
Not her...
Whenever I look upon their happy faces I always feel sick!
The image of him holding her at night makes my head spin...
I've always desired to run away...
But his voice kept me firmly grounded to an unwavering reality...
Now...
Even his voice has faded from my memory...
The only images controlling my mind now are those of death , that cold voice, which called upon my parents and ripped them away from me in an instant... Such is the unpredictability and cruelty of that which we call fate.
So here I stand on-top of the ledge looking back at my past and forward towards my future...
My arms spread wide...
Rain washes away any proof of my pain...
Lips whispering to an unknown force to save me...
Voices drift on the ever changing wind...Sorrow, pain, grief.

Knees buckle as I fall...
Pain courses through my body as the sadness swells and bursts from my heart...
Tears force their way out of my eyes and join with the cascading rain...
"I've lost everything now...Snow, Mom, Dad... So why not take me?"

There he is...
The pain evident in his eyes...

Eyes turn away from the light...
Only darkness survives now...
Warmth cuts through the abyss of my pain, blanketing me in comfort...
