This is a very short one shot, and I mean that, it's a one shot, there will be no more to this story line because I can't write Sherlock's Sherlock-ness.

This was inspired by a fanart piece I saw online.

This takes place sometime during Sherlock series 2 and obviously after Torchwood but Ianto's not dead because I said so.

"At the Drycleaner's"

Ianto was going to kill Jack and just for fun he'd kill him again.

When the Rift closed and UNIT took over investigating ALL uninvited spacecraft, Ianto thought he and Jack could live a quiet life till Ianto died of old age. But Jack kept getting into trouble. First of all, somehow he convinced Ianto to move to London and then Jack joined the bloody police department and quickly made inspector. The idiot still wore his coat and had a horrible habit of getting it dirty.

So here Ianto was picking it up at the drycleaner's before their date. As he entered the shop a shorter man was standing at the counter, looking rather agitated.

"For the last time, Mr Chang, Sherlock and I are not a couple!"

Ianto sighed, "Hello Dr Watson."

Watson sighed, "Oh hello, Ianto. Here for Jack's coat again?"

"Here for Sherlock's?" Ianto countered.

"He can't be bothered to get it himself."

"You know, Dr Watson, the more you deny it the more people will assume it. Sherlock doesn't let it get to him does he?"

Watson sighed again "Maybe you're right."

"For the record I know you're not gay."

"Oh?"

"You're immune to Jack's charms, you're not gay."

"Thank you, you are the one of the few who believes me."

"Not a problem."

"Ah Mr Jones," said the dry cleaner "D.I. Harkness's coat is ready," he held the wool coat over the counter.

"Thank you, Mr Chang," Ianto took the coat, "just put it on the bill."

"And here is Mr Holmes's coat," Mr Chang held the black coat out to Watson.

"Thank you," John took the coat and then checked his phone at the same time Ianto checked his.

Ianto's text said, "I'm waiting."

"I've gotta go," He and Watson said at the same time.

They laughed and rolled their eyes.

"Well," said Watson, "till next time."

"Indeed Dr Watson, have a good evening."

"And you, Ianto."

"Oh I will."

So just a short little one-shot that came to me. I really don't think I can make a longer story work, due to Sherlock's Sherlock-ness. I would need to have the DVDs first so I can re-watch everything before I even attempted a story with him in it.

Review if you like this little piece.
