Well here it is. Our first fanfic. Super excited about this. Anyway, hope it's alright.

The sunlight filtered through the trees, creating a latticework of gold on the footpath. She smiled. There was days, when everything was good and wonderful and perfect. There were days that seemed to never end and dragged on, bad thing after bad thing. And there were days were everything was normal.

Those were purple days.

Days that were just okay.

But now, now okay was good.

You see, he was here.

And he made everything better.

She was turning into a mushy, romantic girl. Like the ones at school, forever giggling and eyelash-fluttering. She felt like that now. She felt like she was living in a fairy tale and everything was perfect. And golden. And amazing.

He was warmth and good and grace. He radiated light, when there was none. He made her feel safe, he made her feel wanted.

She had never felt wanted. She had put up walls and walls and walls, grey walls, that wouldn't allow anyone to come through. But he broke through. He made her feel beautiful, like she was wanted.

He taught her to take down the walls.

And although, she couldn't say it yet, she hoped he knew it. She wanted him to know. But finding the words were so hard. She wanted to shout it out, so he wouldn't have to doubt them ever again.

Them.

What a beautiful thought.

She would tell him. She would find a way. She always had. She would, some day.

But for now, she would go home.

She would go home.

To him.

A.N. Hope that wasn't too mind-numbingly boring. Might have a Tris and Tobias Modern Day coming up.
