There are many different people in the world, and try as we might to put them into concrete categories, there is no way to disregard the individuality we all possess. There is one thing, however, that every single human on the planet shares- the hope of eventual happiness.

Lily and James Potter, a young married couple, are on the path to happiness. From Lily's determined career track to James's search for the perfect home, everything they do is centered around happiness: their happiness, her happiness, his happiness. But, what if one of their definitions of happiness changes? What if their dreams no longer align on the same path? When Lily and James begin to grow as adults and journey down the winding road of life, their marriage, love, and decisions are put to the test in this story of ever-changing dreams and the unexpected surprises we often find in life.
