"Show me your homework." Keith asked roughly, reaching out to take my chemistry workbook.

"No." I slammed my book shut, turning to look at him, trying my best to be angry. "Do it yourself."

"I don't have time." Keith glared back at me, as if it is a perfectly logical explanation.

"Really, Keith? You have time for all your basketball practices and you don't have time to do your homework?" I challenged him, feeling slightly annoyed. It isn't the first time that he has been asking to copy my work, and it certainly wouldn't be the last too.

The two of us were sitting in the cafeteria of Nobel Michel College, I was studying by myself then when Keith had sauntered over to find me.

Why is my boyfriend being so irresponsible… I sighed inwardly to myself.

Keith is a good-looking and attractive man, no doubt, but he has a rather uncouth mouth. Even though Keith can be really sweet towards me at times, but mostly, he is just an arrogant and a really opinionated person. Oh and aside from the fact that he constantly picks fight with our class monitor, Joshua Lieben.

Of course, I had fallen hard for this man. Although Keith has his flaws, he has his strengths too. Keith can be caring, sweet and loyal. Keith is also one of the basketball players in our school team and he is actually very smart, if only he is willing to study.

Keith is both romantic and shy, both brusque and loud and I love all of him equally. We have been dating for a year, it was my second year in the college, and I had enjoyed my school life immensely.

"So?" Keith's emerald eyes gaze sharply into my eyes, as he probed for an answer yet again.

"Do it yourself." I pouted, giving him a sad doe-eyed look. He can really be a handful at times.

"Urgh, woman, you are impossible." Keith cursed loudly before taking out his completely untouched workbook grudgingly.

I giggled to myself, knowing that Keith would give in to me if I would just pretend to be cute, or sad.

Keith suddenly smiled at me. "I will do my homework. But you have to accompany me till I finish it. I will take a really lo-ong time though!"

I snorted at his request, "Yeah, yeah."

We spent the rest of the day and the evening in school, chatting affably and doing our homework. It is the little moments like this that I loved the most. To be able to be with my loved one, just by being beside him is the most enjoyable.
