Sherlock was reluctant at first to have birthday party for her but she eased up when John told her it would be just for them. He lied. Ms. Hudson was there along with Mycroft, Inspector Lestrade, and John's ex girl friend was also invited though it was a bit awkward.
John and Ms. Hudson had brought a big cake and they all sang to her. She blew out the candles making a wish. Everyone laughed and went to the kitchen to get plates and food.
John asked Sherlock "What did you wish for?"
Sherlock smiled and said "It's a secret."
John was trying to get Sherlock to tell him what she had wished for, though no one had heard her whisper her wish when she had blown the candles 'I wish that I could pause this moment and be with all of you like this forever'
