It's Called GinTama for a Reason

Tama was resting, legs folded; she closed her eyes, resting her eyes' sensors after a long day's work. It was all part of her daily routine. Before she was to hit her reset button and enter into sleep mode, she made it a priority to process and save the information she had accumulated that day into her databanks.
From the data she had gathered, she had established a status quo on how, she, as an android, perceive humans, their emotions, how they think and interact. But she does have to make a few exceptions every once in a while, however.
Today, like most days, she had collected much data revolving her upstairs neighbors, the Yorozuya. In most particular, the curious human that is Sakata Gintoki.
Sakata Gintoki was simply a man she could not process.
Odd, lazy, perverted, lethargic, greedy.
Caring, compassionate, self-sacrificing, friend.
All the aforementioned adjective define Gintoki extremely well. They cover the entire spectrum of his personality and character. It's quite confusing, actually. To a normal processor computing human personality indexes, Gintoki would just be a statistical anomaly, an outlier, a subject worth a case-study, an extreme example. To Tama, he is much more than a dot on a graph.
Her most vivid data of him, memory is what the humans call it, is of the day Gintoki asked her to "loosen up" and then proceeded to take time out of his day to help her collect data. This is something she remembers the most, the data she accesses frequently to recall herself being in a euphoric stage.
She is rather thankful of Gintoki. She feels more alleviated around him, her sensors and processor more on edge, the metallic chrome less heavy when he's around. What type of data would he provide for her this time, she would think to herself.
The way she is drawn to Gintoki, is this what humans call love? It might be. Can humanoid androids fall in love? Possibly, she doesn't know. Is she in love with Gintoki? She doesn't know nor does she care. Her processors haven't been able to grasp that concept yet. All she knows that if she were to pursue more on this topic, Gintoki would be the one to provide information on it, maybe sometime in the future, and she will most certainly be there eagerly waiting to process it.
