My Railway Series Universe:

Author's Note:
This entry isn't really a fanfiction of the sort. But this will explain how will I portray my Railway Series Universe, with regards to adaptations, character usage and of course, the times changes and shed locations I will be making them in comparison to the original sources.

Adaptations:

Obviously the adaptations will be most of the original books from the Awdry family, as well as it's annual stories, mini-books and magazine stories too and I will adapt some of the episodes of the Thomas and Friends TV Series, and some of their TV Specials, with the exceptions of: Misty Island Rescue, Day of the Diesels, The Great Race, Thomas and the Magic Railroad and Calling All Engines.

But you can expect some changes from their stories, such as time placement and character casting list, with the intent to give some variety and a much more appropriate context for those stories in particular. Plus, the original stories will have some changes, just so it doesn't become too much of a cut copy and paste from the original stories.

Characters:

Well as far as casting goes, it will have the characters from the books, that will include the unnamed engines from the books illustrations, which I will give them names myself. Especially the red engines who came before James and the two designated number engines who were sent away for being both nasty and rude, according to Wilbert Awdry himself. But you can also expect some changes with regards to the characters arrival to Sodor, which I will list them as follows, but I won't give any indication to the year and all, since they will be presented in the volumes I will write and these are. P.S: The order isn't going to be the way I present down below:

Engines Movements:

As far as engines operating, like in real life they need it's drivers and fireman to move and stop. But as long as there's steam (Steam Engines) or fuel (Diesel engines) curling through it's systems, followed by not having their brakes hard on properly, they can move by themselves. However, they won't be able to stop themselves without anyone operating them, unless the engine runs dry of water, fuel and even fire, for the steam engines in particular.

Timeline:

This is also a thing that will vary over the course of the series, as long as I write the volumes and all.

1924-1926: The Three Railway Engines.

1926-1933: Thomas the Tank Engine.

1933: James The Red Engine.

1933: Tank Engine Thomas Again.

Author's Note:
This pretty much what I will bring you. Please do not hurry me up with my stuff, okay? The volumes will come out in due time. Thank you for your patience and have a good day.

P.S.: While I have nothing against engine shipping and all, do not expect any of it. The same for Chirstmas Stories, cause I will skip them from being adapted. That's all for now...
