Vicky, I am attempting to name this one something that starts with a P, to continue the trend lol.
I must say, I have lived an amazing life. I thought the happiest day of my life was the day I discovered the elixir. I would be wrong.
My happiest day is today: the last day of my life. I know it's weird, but I've had an extremely long life. My death is overdue. I am a little sad, but not enough to regret my decision. Dumbledore and I both agree that this is the best.
I have done so much in my extraordinary life. However, it is time for other people to do extraordinary things.
I am tired of going through the long and stressful days. I am tired of being stopped by people everywhere, asking if they too can live forever.
Well, I'm not going to live forever. Today is my last day on this wonderful planet.
I am thankful for everything I have done, and thankful for everyone that I have met. I am thankful for the wonderful opportunities I have had, but I have had enough.
My death is long overdue, and I am glad to be dying today.
My wife and I are dying together. I am grateful for that. I don't think either one of us could have lived without the other.
I am happy. I am peaceful. I am ready to die.
"Goodbye, world." I say, and then, as I turn to my wife laying next to me, I say, "I love you."
"I love you, too," She replies.
"See you on the other side," I say, completely happy and content.
"Bye," She whispers, in response.
