"It's so frustrating!" Carrie was disconcerted by the situation in front of her.

"I don't see what's so frustrating about it. All you have to do is fix it a bit," I told her.

"The problem is that I don't know how to fix it!" she yelled back.

"Why don't you ask Macey to help you? She's good at this kind of stuff." I tried to help her as much as I could.

"What if she doesn't want to help? You know how she is. She never wants to help anybody, " Carrie said, though I knew it wasn't true, shooting down my idea.

"What if she says yes? Would you let her do it if she said yes?" I pleaded her, hoping this could get fixed.

She started pacing. This wasn't good. She had to decide now. If she didn't decide now, the situation might get worse. She turned towards me to say something, but alas she said nothing and paced some more.

As frustrating as this situation already was, Carrie's indecision was what irked me the most. It was so simple. Either she asked Macey or not. All it took was one simple question to fix the situation.

"I'll ask her." With those three words we were out the and heading towards where Macey was.

Macey looked up from the magazine she was reading. "May I help you?"

"Look Macey, we've got a situation at hand," Carrie started. "It's the kind that you're good at handling," I continued.

"And just what kind of situation might that be?" She cocked an eyebrow.

I whispered it in her ear. Her facial expression changed to compassion. "Take me to the situation," she demanded.

We took her back to the situation. As soon as she saw it jaw dropped. "It's a good thing you told me Mari," she told me. "How could this have happened?"

"Well," Carrie said. She told her the story. Macey understood. She handled the situation and all was better again.

A/N: hope it was challenging. Tell me if you like it. Try to guess what it is. When I have enough guesses I'll post the answer, or maybe sooner. Review! =}
