On the streets of Moscow

"Mao."

"Hmm?" The momonga looked at the man in the purple parka. "What is it, Hei?"

"What's the mission again?"

The momonga sighed impatiently. "Why weren't you paying attention?" He repositioned his furry body on Hei's shoulder. "You should probably stop drinking beer."

Hei became silent. A girl with red-hair nodded her head in agreement.

"Mao's right!" She looked at the raven quietly. "Drinking won't solve everything."Her statement went unheard when Hei had spoken up again.

"What is the mission?"

The momonga sighed again. "You tell him Suou."

Suou continued to look at Hei. "The mission is to find the contractor who does not kill but heals. She is also known as the "Phoenix Priestess."

Hei looked surprised. "The Phoenix Priestess? Are you sure that's what the report says?"

The red-hair nodded her head. The raven scratched her head. He then started to run. The sudden movement caused Mao to fall off of his shoulder. Suou picked the momonga up and started to run after Hei.

"Hei! Slow down!"

But he didn't stop. The street started to get crowded and this had forced Hei to stop running. The raven looked back at Suou. "There's no time to waste."

"Why?"

"I have this feeling. That all."

Hei forced himself into the crowd with Suou and Mao following close behind. The momonga flew back on Hei's shoulder.

"You should know something, Hei."

"What?"

"You're going the wrong way."

The raven stop and the red-hair bumped into him. She looked at Hei angrily. "What's the big idea? Stopping like that?"

Once again, he ignored her statement. Hei looked at the momonga sitting on his shoulder. "Show me the way, Mao."

The momonga smiled. "My pleasure."

Inside a unused subway station

A man with scars all over his face and wore piercings all over his ears stood next to a sitting girl with black hair. She was wearing a miko and had feather ornaments decorated in her hair. The man with scars crouched down and touched her face. She did not flinch.

"Such a beauty." The man smiled and stood up. He waved two of his men over. They bowed in front of him.

"Make sure no one comes in here."

"Yes sir!"They walked towards the door.

The man looked down at the girl again. He gently patted her head. "I will never let you leave this place. I will kill anyone who tries to get."He chuckles to himself quietly. Beside him, the girl said nothing.

Somewhere near the unused subway entrance

Hei and Suou hid somewhere the entrance. Hei looked at Mao. "Go in and scout around."

"Wha...? Why me?"

"You're the smallest. So go in."

"Alright." The momonga sighed again and flew off his shoulder.

Me: So, that's that!

Mao: *Sighs* I hope no one finds me.

Me: I'm sure they won't!
