Blood drizzled from his mouth as the crimson-eyed teme laid another punch to the blonde's stomach. He teetered and fell back onto the support of a tree.
"Please Sasuke, just come back with me. . .Don't fight with me anymore. . ." the blonde tried to reason. The black haired, crimson-eyed boy cackled at the pathetic attempt.
"Naruto just shut up. You can't control me, nobody can! Now get lost before I kill you!" He came closer to the frightened blonde.
"Sasuke! This isn't you! I'll always be here for you, just come back with me!" Naruto cried. Sasuke let his gaze fall upon the forest floor.
"Shut up Naruto. . ."

"Shut up! Shutupshutupshutp!" Sasuke let his hands guide him to the sword adorned on his back. With one fell swoop, it was through to the other side of the tree.

Naruto was too stunned. Had his attempt already failed? All he wanted was for Sasuke to know that Konoha would take him back. Everyone knew about what Itachi had done, it was leaked everywhere. Why wouldn't Sasuke listen to him? It was too late for a second chance anyways. Naruto flashbacked to the time when he and Sasuke were kids; Naruto never had any friends, he was the outcast of the town. Sasuke was the only one to ever acknowledge his presence, the only attempt to shatter that loneliness that crushed Naruto daily. But why wouldn't Sasuke realize that he was serious about how much he was in love with him…?

Sasuke was close to Naruto and could hear his breathing stuttering and slowing. Why did he have these horrible feeling like he had done something really, really wrong? He looked up into Naruto's blue orbs and saw that he was smiling. 'Why is he smiling?' Thought Sasuke. Sasuke heard Naruto pry his lips open and utter,
"It's too bad I was no help…I really do love you Sasuke. I loved you since that time. Do you remember?" Sasuke looked into Naruto's eyes with brimming coal coloured eyes.
"No! Of course I don't. Die already! DIE!! JUST DIE!" Sasuke screamed. And so Naruto did.
Naruto went limp and stopped breathing.

Sasuke never did go back to Konoha, but he did leave Naruto's body there to be properly buried. He was ashamed to admit he too, had loved Naruto back. Sasuke wandered around for about 3 more years, killing mercilessly, taking out his rage for hurting his beloved Naruto. After he had successfully disbanded the Akatsuki, he committed suicide. Stabbed himself through the heart with the same blade he had killed Naruto with. As he died, he did not cry, for he knew he would join the blonde soon.
"I'm coming Naruto…I wont let you be alone anymore…I remember."
