Hey there again! Another short story between Light and Snow. I'm kinda going high on drabbles these days. They're fun.

For this story, pretend Serah doesn't exist. (As in Snow and Serah aren't a couple) Thanks to DoomOverlord for this =)

Snow was absolutely shocked.

He couldn't believe his eyes. He blinked several times and even pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming.

Lightning was wearing pigtails.

He has never, ever, seen Lightning change her hairstyle. Never. Not that it didn't look good. Hell, she looks so hot! I bet she'd be even cuter if- Snow refrained from those thoughts and looked away. He didn't want Lightning to catch him in the middle of staring at her. He'd be dead in an instant.

"Lightning? What happened to you?" He finally asked.

Lightning sighed loudly. "Vanille. She used a spell to tie my hair up and now I can't break it." She fiddled with her hair a bit more, attempting to break the spell Vanille had casted on her to keep her hair up.

"You need help?"

Lightning seemed to think about it for a second, and replied, "Get Hope for me, will you? I think he'll know how to break this stupid spell."

Snow was disappointed. He was hoping Lightning would ask HIM for help. He decided to use a few words to cheer her up, it was the least he could do.

"Don't worry, Light. I think you look hot in pigtails anyway."

He was met with a fist- no, make that two- fists to both his cheeks, and punch to the gut, and a violent kick to this shin.

That day, Snow learnt an important lesson: If you put Lightning and 'hot' into one sentence, it never ends well.

I don't particularly like the ending. I didn't know how to change it though. I'm hopeless T_T

People! I'm sure you have fingers! Type up a review! Can't be THAT hard. I dunno, maybe you can just type up something like 'I liked it' or something. SOMETHING!

Oh yeah. This isn't anywhere particular in the storyline. It's just random.
