"It's better to say it in person, but sometimes you have no other choice."

YOU HAVE 1 NEW MESSAGE

Stampy could hear the footsteps of the Creepers. They were right behind him. He knew it was a bad idea to explore the woods, but he had foolishly done so anyway. He could hear the green monsters behind him, and could hear them brushing across the leafs and branches. The cat was huffing and panting, and felt like collapsing right there, and accepting defeat from the Googlies. He knew he didn't stand a chance, but that didn't stop him. He would keep running for as long as he could.

At one point, he had the idea to call for help. He dug his MinePhone out of his pocket, got no connection from his phone app, and settled on text messages. While still running, he scrolled down, past FinnBall, Lee Bear, and even Squid Nugget, and clicked on the icon that read "Sqaishey".

"Sqaishey," he typed, jumping a tree log. "Help!"

Meanwhile, Sqaishey heard beeping on her phone in the middle of a game of chess with Squid, Lee, and Amy. She took it out and read the message.

"What's wrong?" she typed.

"I'm being chased by creepers." Stampy typed back.

A look of worry grew on Sqaishey's face. "Where r u?" she typed quickly.

"Dooberry forest," Stampy replied. "Pls help."

Sqaishey began panicking.

"What's wrong, Sqaishey?" Squid asked.

"Stampy's in trouble!"

Meanwhile, Stampy had tripped on a tree log. He scampered up and ran off just as a Creeper exploded, sending him flying. Blood dripped down the tree his head had hit, and his leg was badly twisted. He felt a jolt of pain as he stood up, and he fell back down again. His head was spinning, but he still tried to get up. After failing a second time, he turned around and could see the Creepers coming towards him. He searched the area and found his phone.

Meanwhile, Sqaishey had gotten another message as she, Squid, Amy, and Lee ran down the hallway. Sqaishey took her phone out.

"It's too late." it read.

"No, Stampy!" Sqaishey screamed. She then wrote another message, "We're coming."

As Stampy tried writing another message, he heard another sizzle from behind. The next message came out as, "Sqaishujklhyaejffff"

Sqaishey stopped running, and Squid and the others ran into her.

"Stampy?" she wrote. A tear ran down her yellow feathers.

Stampy scrambled to his phone with one hand, while trying to keep his insides in with the other. Then came another sizzle, and tears poured down his face as he was rocketed across the pathway. He ran his shaky hand across the broken phone, just praying it still worked.

"Sqaishey" he managed to write.

"Stampy...?" Sqaishey said through tears.

Stampy was writing his final message, and just sent it as he heard another sizzle from behind. He closed his eyes and let out a small smile.

Sqaishey collapsed, tears pouring down her face as she read Stampy's final message:

"I love you."
