( my second story! Okay I've had this idea for a while. What Edward wasn't attracted to Bella's blood? What if it was Alice? Hmm? Good? Idk. I guess we will see. The first chapter is really just a filler for the future stuff coming. So enjoy!!! )
The boy I saw in the cafeteria sits next to me! Of coarse I tripped a little when I walked past him. And just smiled and looked back at his desk. But when I sat next to him he gave me a confusing look. He gazed into my eyes concentrating on something hard. He broke it when the teacher started class. I wonder what that was about.
I just went through class doing my work and sneaking glances at this boy named Edward.
When the bell finally rang he picked up his things and walked out of class with the rest of the kids.
"he's so hot isn't he?" Jessica said, while walking down the hall.
"Yeah, he is. Is he going out with anyone?"
"Surprisingly no," she said a bit disappointed, annoyed, and angrily at the same time.
"Oh," was all I replied.
Epov
'he should be with me.'
I don't think so Jessica. You are so naive and jealous. I could never be with someone like you. I don't really deserve anyone.
I was listening to Jessica's thoughts. No. really I was trying to hear that new girl, Bella's, thought. But it just came up blank. So I settled for Jessica's shallow thoughts instead.
'Bella doesn't have a chance. He wants me' I would never be with you. She has a better chance then you I would bet.
Then, suddenly, I heard a familiar 'voice'.
'Edward, I need to leave now.' Alice's voice screamed in her head.
I read her thoughts a little more and saw what was the problem.
The new girl Bella. Her blood was so strong to Alice. It was like… I don't know. Nothing any of us has ever experienced.
Then Alice got the vision of us going home and we both started heading for the car.
"Edward, it was like… I needed her blood…I could almost not stand it! I need to leave. I've been having visions of killing her, draining her of all her blood. But then I got another one. One that showed us in a mall, shopping and carrying big bags of stuff. Just having fun." she looked pained.
I'm sure Jasper could feel it. I wasn't surprised when he showed up a minute later.
"It's okay, honey. It will be okay. Lets just get home and call Carlisle.
"Alright." she replied quietly.
I watched then get in the car and drive away. At least they drove themselves to school. I guess I can wait in my Volvo till school is out.
I walked to my car and sat down. The first thing I do is turn the car on and play my music. Debussy. (which I am listening to right now.) I leaned back and listened to the violins play smoothly and the beat run through me.
I sat like that for at least ten minutes when I heard the gym doors open. I looked up and saw Mike Newton supporting-- or trying to-- the new girl Bella on his shoulder. It seems like she hurt her ankle in gym.
I decided to help. Mike isn't to strong. I guess a Vampire can help in situations like theses...
( ok. There's the first chapter. Its short I know, but I've already started on the next one. )
