Silver Mist
This is a poem about Elli from harvest Moon 64. It is the third in the HM girls series.
Through the damp morning air of the mountain
You walk silently, like a gentle spirit
The creeping rays of dawn glow golden
As they illuminate the fog around you
The ghostly trees sway in the quiet breeze
And their budding leaves hang damp with dew
You stand aglow in the morning sun, eyes sparkling
Your brown hair twisting and warm in the light
Gentle eyes, kind soul, awakened by dawn's serenity
Surrounded by the glow, a pure aura of light
Finally no longer the shy girl I knew
You let you true self shine in the morning sun
From the trees I watch you relax and smile
I want to you feel secure with me and open up to my words
You dissapear in the pale silver mist of morning
And I am left with my thoughts in the trees, I love you
