Choose
Emily was at the Cullen's, "When can I date?"
Adam looked at Emily, teasingly, "So you want to date pound cake~"
Stu looked at Emily, "Shouldn't you ask mother that?"
Kailen sat there uncomfortably, as their mom walked in. She looked at Emily, "Emily did you need something?" She looked annoyed at Adam's tease, "I heard Adam..."
Emily asked her mother, this time, "When can I dare?"
Her mother looked at her, "How old are you now?"
She thought for a moment, "I think seventeen now?"
Her mother sat back in a chair, "Then, you can date."
Emily was clueless, "Who should I date?"
Adam smirked at her and her mother glared at him. He knew they weren't related and took up a liking for his sister Emily.
Her mother spoke, "Whoever you want." She put her hand against Adam's mouth that looked like he was going to say something. "Besides! Your brothers..."
Adam crossed his arms and pouted to himself. Emily thought for a moment, "Can it be a vampire boy?"
Her mother nodded.
"Help me pick."
Her mother sighed, "You should make that decision on your own. I wouldn't want to force you into a relationship you aren't comfortable with."
Adam smiled at Emily, "I'm available, pound cake~"
Her mother hit him in the arm.
"Ow!"
Emily looked around the room at everyone, "I can't decide."
Her mother smiled at her, encouragingly, "It's okay take your time, then."

Emily still couldn't decide and Kailen wondered why she didn't choose him, since he was the one who watched over her when she was sick and stalked her when he was worried for her.
Emily stared at the floor, "I'm not sure."
Her mother looked at her, giving this some thought, "Hmmm... Well, I hope you can decide soon. Alice said she wanted to meet up with you."
Emily saw a ray of hope, "Really?"
Her mother nodded, "She wants to go on a date with you, Jasper, Bella and Edward."
