"Wait, wait, wait." Scott said, a huge grin spreading across his face. "She said your name was Miguel?"
Stiles was glaring at him, silently telling him he was crossing dangerous territory.
"Yeah." Derek said.
"Miguel. As in Miguel Juarez?" Scott asked, barely choking down laughter.
The bright red blush in Stiles face was his answer. She kicked him harshly in the shin.
"If you dare" She hissed quietly, forgetting for a second about Derek's super hearing.
"If he dares what?" Derek asked, looking suspicious as his eyes flitted between the two.
Stiles shifted nervously. In a pathetic attempt to avoid the question, she took a large drink of her hot chocolate and looked around the coffee shop they were in.
"If he dares to do what?" Derek said more slowly, telling them it was the last time he was asking.
"Nothing." Stiles said quickly.
Derek narrowed his eyes.
Scott studied Derek with a grin, then looked at Stiles.
"You know, he does look a little like him." He said his eyes twinkling.
"Who do I look like?" Derek growled, growing irritated.
Stiles grit her teeth and flipped Scott off under the table.
Scott looked at Derek. "Nothing, it's just..." He looked at Stiles then looked back at Derek, amusement twinkling in his eyes. "Miguel Juarez was a HUGE crush of Stiles in third grade."
Stiles let out a squeak of embarrassment and anger.
Scott turned to her with a shit eating grin. "Oops, guess it slipped." He said tauntingly.
Stiles went beet red, then grabbed her hot chocolate and dumped it in his lap.
Scott howled as the burning heat covered his nether region.
"Oops, guess it slipped." She said in a snarky tone.
Scott grumbled as he got up and walked towards the bathroom.
Stiles swallowed harshly before looking at Derek, who had an eyebrow raised.
"Well, look at the time." She said looking at her bare watchless wrist. "I've gotta run, see ya!" She tried to get up, but Derek grabbed her arm she gulped and looked at him sheepishly. To her surprise it looked like he was fighting off a grin.
He pulled her arm down so she was forced to sit in her seat.
"So." he said, his green eyes twinkling brightly. "I only have one question."
She looked up at him nervously.
"Am I better looking than Miguel?"
