Ruby walked off the training field after a long session. She was tired after the huge workout she'd just done.
"Hey," Pyrrha said, walking up to her. "You were great."
Ruby blushed at this compliment. She wasn't used to getting compliments, least of all from her crush. "Uh thanks," Ruby said, trying to control her speaking.
"No problem," Pyrrha said, waving and turning back to the training field.
Ruby ran back to her dorm, full of jitters. Pyrrha had noticed her!
