Marian Hawke sat with her back against a sturdy tree trunk allowing a weary to sigh escape her. Cerulean optics kept watch over a dying fire that served as just enough light to keep the beasts at bay and allow the champion to see the soft wrinkles set in Ander's brow as he slept. Slowly Hawke's mind started to slip into a tricky slope of remembrance. Not only had her decisions edged the entire world towards war, she'd allowed the man responsible to live and to make matter's even more story worthy as varric would have said, was the fact that she was sleeping with the man responsible. Not only was she sleeping with him but he had her heart, Hawke loved the cat- loving mage despite his faults, despite the times justice over took him, through all the cat's he asked if they could stop for. His episodes as she referred hadn't lessened since leaving Kirkwall and the free marches all together, even today Ander's had trouble slipping by a group of templars on their way towards Antiva city. With regret in her heart Hawke had to let the rebel Templars pass if the pair truly wanted to seek refuge there,at least temporarily. The decision had caused something of a fight between the amorous set of mages though Hawke knew some of it came from the stress the other carried from worrying about control. She'd let him be and slept in opposite sides of their small camp for a mere twenty minutes. Though things seemed different for the former grey warden he'd been out a While. A warm hand raked through the champion's dark pixie cut startling her entirely. "Love, come to bed there really is no need to fret it is Almost day anything planning to eat us has probably got their two mage snack earlier in the evening." Said the surprisingly awake Anders. "You know it's kind of instinctive sleeping with eyes open after the stay in low town for a year, thieves and unsafe streets a girl gets used to it." Hawke muttered in rebuttal. The champion slipped her hand up to meet Ander's upon her head and pulled it down so he was caressing her cheek. "Is that so?" Asked the ginger haired apostate, amber eyes upon his love who practically managed to steal his breath away almost at every glance. "Besides arn't you still upset with me Hawke asked, noting that the other Leaned in closer. With a sigh Ander's amber hues met with Marian's light cerulean. "No, Im actually rather glad you talked me down from it. I couldn't bear the thought of accidentally hurting another mage Hawke." The champion noted the other's tremble and the small glint if blue in his eyes, though before more could be Said Hawke wrapped her arms around the orange haired male and kissed him softly. Anders immediately responded his thumb brushing against the champion's cheek as his lips gently worked against hers.
