Awake
Something stirred in the night.
It sounded more like a leaf falling over into her apartment balcony, the gentle humming whisper of the cool wind that brushed Sakura's bubble- gum pink hair, gently tousling it until it splayed out in-between her milky white shoulders.
She groaned, pushing back her covers to reveal a pale pink bra that just so happened to match her hair. Lifting her head, she gazed out upon her city, her home, her heart.
"Kakashi."
She murmered, the words flowing ever so slowly; but with a sense of fierce passion that burned so heavily for the older ninja.
"Sakura."
He slowly slipped onto the moon lit balcony, his tall, dark presence causing Sakura's intense love for her ex-sensei to turn to lust; how could loving a man like him be so looked down upon by her fellow ninja? Sakura always longed for someone older and more mature. But Kakashi? Naruto would have a fit if he knew. He doesn't have to know, anyways.
"I've been waiting for you."
Kakashi's heart thumped loudly against his chest; he could almost hear the slow, quiet wind that blew onto the open balcony. Sakura pushed her covers off to slowly rise from her bed to meet her sensei.
"I'm sorry I missed you at the hospital today. I had AMBU training early in the morning, and I couldn't do my famous disappearing act that I usually like to do." Kakashi frowned, and sat on the rail of the balcony. "Things are getting… so hectic around here, everyone wants to come to me for guidance." He groaned and relaxed his legs. Sakura met him at the rail with a pout that eventually turned into a half-whisper half giggle as the copy ninja tossed her into his arms as if it was nothing and held her as she slowly pulled down his mask to plant a kiss on his lips.
Kakashi pulled away to grin as Sakura pouted as he gently placed her down.
" Ex-sensei's aren't supposed to kiss their students."
He smiled, then placed his hands casually around her waist and flung her up to the moonlight so he could chuckle as she whisper yelled at him to put her down before they were caught.
She's so beautiful. Strong, brave, and smart.
It's been so long though, since you've dated someone. And now you're trying to get with your student? You must have lost your mind. He watched her carefully as she continued to, not very successfully, struggle out of his iron grip. His grip loosened, just a bit, as he continued to argue with his conscious.
She's your student, Kakashi.
Ex- student, to be correct.
She's so young!
Age is nothing but a number. Besides, I just can't resist those green eyes….
"KAKASHI!"
Kakashi snapped back to reality just as he received a blow to the stomach.
Ouch.
"Sakura, don't you think that hit was… a little too far below the belt?" The copy nin doubled over to wince and catch his breath. He then stood, regained his slouchy posture, and turned to meet a pair of fierce green eyes that seemed to drill holes into his soul.
"Please don't leave me."
She sighed and laid her head on his chest. He then realized they had been standing this entire time, and his legs felt as if they were going to give away at any moment from exhaustion.
To Sakura's protest, Kakashi swung her over his shoulder and swiftly walked over to Sakura's bed, where he placed her gently down. With one movement, he was lying next to her, turning her body to face his.
This is what I have so far!
I really don't know where I'm going with this but I figure it's going to be a one-shot.
