Why? Why did that man eat me? I stood in silence as he tore into me with his jaws, casually chewing me. I was mortified by his speed. In less than ten seconds, he already finished my left side and was going for my right side. It was painful. My crew wasn't around to save me. That strange man went for my mast. He didn't even hold onto to it as he ate through it with literally no teetering. It was a sight to see. At some point, he actually stopped and took a break. I was already sinking a little from where he ate through me. I could do nothing but stand there, just waiting for it all to end. It was horrible. Suddenly, he came back, licking his lips.
This time, he didn't let up. He ate through me faster and faster, leaving no trace behind. It was almost over. Finally, my head remained. That man took a long look at me and said, "Yuck! If I eat this, I'll get sick!" He promptly threw me into the sea. There, I floated on the waves, silent and scarred. Why did he eat me? Why did he discard only my head? Why didn't they come after me? I know I was starting to show some wear but I still could go on. I loved being with my crew. Even if they damaged me, I didn't mind. I loved being with them and they loved me.
The looks on their faces when they saw me was a feeling I'll never forget. I was finally ready to go out to sea with a crew. The long-nosed man wasn't a shipwright, but his attempts to repair me were enough to know he loved me. The orange shrubs were especially nice to have and added to my style. The young lady was happy to be near them and I was happy to be able to support them. I miss the captain sitting on my head. It was his special spot. It meant more to me than anything else. I don't understand why all of a sudden they would leave...
I drifted to somewhere, populated with people. I ended up under the docks, along with some trash. There I stopped. No more going out to sea. No more adventures. No more. Just trash, darkness and sadness...I loved you, Strawhats.
And I still do...
