Just a quick one shot one of us did during religion class (Like seriously guys, I have the best spot. Seriously. Unless the teacher was standing over my shoulder, she can't see what I'm typing. And I only have a person on 1 side of me, so I just have to tilt my screen a little XD)
Basically a one shot, as I said before, about Mycroft's love for Sherlock (even though it's difficult to see in the show.) We do not own Sherlock or any of the characters. This is assuming that Mycroft doesn't know about Sherlock's 'death' being fake, but I'm pretty sure he does.
Enjoy!
"He has ombrophobia, you know."
Those were the words John Watson remembered as he stood at his best friend's grave on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
"Excuse me?" John had asked.
"Ombrophobia. The fear of the rain." Sherlock explained. "It's what Mycroft has. He's terrified of being caught in the rain. Really, just being rained on is enough to set him off." Sherlock glanced over at John. "After all, why do you think he always carries that umbrella around?"
Mycroft and Sherlock had never really gotten on well with each other. They constantly fought, shooting insults at each other more than Sherlock shot bullets at the wall, and pulling immature- Yet, somehow sophisticated (In a manner that only a Holmes could) pranks on each other. Sometimes the pranks would leave nothing more than a small mess, or a cake-shortage. Other times, it would leave mass chaos and destruction.
However, as John Watson stood at his best friend's grave, getting soaked to the bone by a chilly rain, he knew for a fact that the 'Iceman', the British Government himself, Mycroft Holmes, actually DID love- No, STILL loves his younger brother.
The black umbrella sheltering Sherlock's grave from the pouring rain was proof enough of that.
So, it was short, but sweet nonetheless. Please review if you enjoyed!
