In a darkened room, Azmuth stood eye level with a restrained Proctor Servantis. After the accounts of the so-called Evil Rooters incident he had heard from Ben and Kevin, among others, he wanted some answers. It was only natural that when the Plumbers captured Servantis, he wanted in on the interrogation.

"From what I understand, you, a Rooter, plotted to kill Ben Tennyson. Why?" Azmuth asked.

"Surely, letting a juvenile human male have a device that could be used for destruction isn't a good idea."

"Hey, I, the smartest being in five galaxies, have my reasons!" Azmuth retorted, crossing his arms. "Now explain this to me in a way that makes sense."

Servantis bore a sickening grin. "Using Kevin Levin's unusual abilities and advanced equipment I designed myself, I infused myself and others with alien DNA. Originally, I tricked the Amalgam Kids into attacking Ben Tennyson. When the initial plan failed, I utilized my Cerebrocrustacean abilities to alter the memories of a Amalgam Kids, and later to control them. However, Kevin used underhanded tactics and turned the Amalgam Kids back against me. Also, at some point, there was something about revenge for Pierce Wheel's death, which was rather odd."

"Considering that Pierce was murdered by the Forever Knights, I do not quite understand that, either. In fact, I do not understand a lot of this."

"What do you mean?"

"You were telling me that your brilliant plan was to use Kevin Levin and the Amalgam Kids to defeat Ben Tennyson?"

"Yes-"

"Which means you spent the time, money, and effort creating a machine to mutate humans into hybrids?"

"Well..."

"And said machine was reliant on Kevin's Osmosian abilities?"

"That is-"

"And of all aliens you could have used for mutating Pierce, you used Argit?"

"I-"

"What were you trying to do? Be a mad scientist that performs bizarre experiments for the horror factor? You would have had a lot less trouble and expense if you had recruited aliens instead!"

Proctor Servantis' eyes went wide.

"One more thing," Azmuth continued. "You talk as if Kevin Levin's abilities are exceptional, when they are really standard for his species."

"No, Osmosians are humans with special abilities."

"What?! Osmosians are an alien race."

"They're humans!"

"They're not!"

"They are too!"

Azmuth let out an angry sigh. "Currently, one is locked up for absorbing several other beings and breaking into- wait, why am I even talking about this?! The point is, your classification of Osmosians as a human subspecies is incorrect! I recall them perfectly as an alien race! How would they suddenly be humans?!"

"Um..."

Azmuth grabbed Servantis' collar. "And don't tell me a Celestialsapien did it! I've heard Blukic and Driba use that one too many times!"

"I think I'll now exercise my right to remain silent," Servantis squeaked.

"Very well."

Azmuth huffed, releasing his hold. He left the interrogation room completely unsatisfied. A logical being, Azmuth just didn't like things that didn't make sense.

(A/N: Yeah, in case you couldn't tell, I wasn't really a fan of the Evil Rooters Arc. :/ And I was looking forward to seeing Manny, Helen, and Alan, too.)
