The red eyes bore through the night, piercing Dean and catching his eyes so that the two were locked together. The hunter had turned into the hunted and the chupacabra weaved its spell, causing its victim to become paralyzed under its gaze. Dean could no longer breathe or move; could no longer feel his body. Instead, everything was numb, even his mind grew hazy. The only thing Dean could focus on was the brightness of the eyes. He couldn't tear himself away. The chupacabra drew closer, anticipating the rush of blood when it sank its razor sharp teeth into flesh and drained the human dry. Dean's mind could only form one coherent thought: Sam, help me!
