Intro
After the event of the War of the Ring, Peregrin Took, one of the members of the Fellowship, Soldier of Gondor, and Ernil i Pheriannath, decided to spent his idle hours writing poetry. To say the least, he was not a true poet. His verses are mainly snippets of his days with the well-known Company. I have studied these workings and discovered, like most poets and even some historians tend to do, that they are exaggerated at points and not entirely accurate. No one knows what inspired the Thain to write these in his youth, but here they are.
Most of the entries here in and those that will be added later are silly. I believe he did not intend them to be published, but just to have for his own amusement or just to irritate Meriadoc Brandybuck, his cousin. Though every once in a while, he may surprise you and write something more serious.
For your enjoyment, I present to you:
Pippin Poetry
