[Year 6004 of Turaga Dume's Reign,]
3rd month, day 8
Today, Turaga Dume visited my foundry and commissioned Vakama to make a Mask of Time! Everyone was really excited about it! All except Nuhrii, he seemed a little down that the Turaga didn't pick him. After work, I had a run in with the Vahki. It's really kinda fun to give those guys a run for their money, but why they were after us I have no idea. Oh, now I remember! That area was attacked by Morbuzakh last week and the structures are still unstable. Well, it's getting late, and I'm scheduled to work the morning shift tomorrow.

Vakama is still working on the Mask of Time. He must have broken twenty masks so far! Either he's losing his edge or a Vahi is just that hard to make. Oh! My new Kanoka disks just came in! I've gotta go see them!

3rd month, day 10
Nuhrii was acting really weird today. I saw a Po-Matoran (I think his name was Ahkmou) talking to him when I went in, and, all the rest of the day, Nuhrii was mumbling to himself with this really strange look on his face. We got off work at the same time, and as we walked out I asked him what Ahkmou wanted. He looked at me kinda oddly and said, "Oh, n-nothing. We play akilini together. I uh, gotta go." Weird.

P.S. By the way, Vakama was on his forty-something-th try when I left. That must be a really hard mask to make.
3rd month, day 11
The foundry had four visitors today. First was Toa Lhikan. It's always such an honor to shake his hand. He asked where Vakama was. I don't know what he wanted with him, but I showed him anyhow. About two minutes later, Turaga Dume came asking the same question. Now, I know what he wanted, so I told him where he was working. After Dume left, I heard (and felt) a big boom that shook the whole foundry coming from where Vakama was working. After I got back on my feet, I ran to the door and saw Toa Lhikan fighting to other beings. One was a huge mass of muscle with one eye; the other was almost insect-like and spat energy. The fight ended when Spidey got a hold of Vakama and threatened to roast him. Luckily, Lhikan managed to save Vakama by kicking his hoverboard under him, but Lhikan himself got captured. If Spidey and Hulk had any nefarious plans, then this is a sad day for Metru Nui.

P.S. The Morbuzakh flattened at least five buildings near the foundry.
P.P.S. The Vahi is still not made.
3rd month, day 12
I can't believe what I heard today. Metru Nui has new Toa and Vakama is one of them!!! Now, it's kinda obvious what Lhikan wanted with Vakama yesterday. I also heard that they're looking for the Great Disks, but everyone knows those are only a legend, right? Well anyway, Takua came by today and showed me some neat looking carvings from Po-Metru.

Nuhrii wasn't at work today. I'm a liitle worried about him, but other than that nothing really happened today.

This I cannot believe! I was at the Coliseum when the Toa Metru came in and presented Turaga Dume with the Great Disks. And what does Dume do? He frames them for capturing Toa Lhikan!! I couldn't believe my ears!! I respect the Turaga and all, but how can he just frame heroes like that? Last I heard, they were heading to Po-Metru. I hope they fare better than Lhikan or the city will crumble under the Morbuzakh.

Turaga Dume has called all the Matoran to gather at the Coliseum. After what happened yesterday, I'm a little leery, but better to listen to some lecture than have the Vakhi chasing me. I'll write more when I get back.
